I saw an offer outside the store and emailed my resume. Within 3 days, they called to set up an interview. The first interview was on Teams, and it was pretty relaxed, asking about my background and what I know. The second interview was in person at the store with the manager and the same person from the first call. This one had more questions about knowledge and analyzing situations, but it was still super friendly.
