The interview process had some issues with one of the interviewers being late and disrespectful. This person also seemed to lack knowledge in my area and wanted brief answers but then argued that I needed to be more detailed. It was hypocritical. I decided I didn't want to work for them. However, the other interview rounds, including one with the VP of Quality, were good.

The interview process starts with a phone call with the HR manager at the plant. Then, there's an onsite interview with the HR manager, department manager, plant superintendent, and plant manager. They are looking for driven people that are willing to learn and stick around. After that, the HR manager will either call you with an offer or send a letter/email with acceptance or decline. You can then negotiate your offer or continue searching for jobs, as HR will try to talk down your initial offer, so it's best to negotiate a better starting price.
