The process was pretty smooth. I had a 3-hour interview with three people. They asked me a lot about my experience and background in process engineering, and also about my current technical role.

Behavioral Technical

So, for a lot of jobs nowadays, you get hired as a contractor, and the contract length can be really different depending on the job. You'll probably have two interviews. The first one is with a group of 4-5 people, and they'll check your general skills, education, and work history. If you make it to the second interview, it'll be more focused on the actual job duties. If you get to the second interview, you're pretty much guaranteed the job. Management is really fair and open-minded, focusing on solutions, quality, and safety.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first interview was with HR, just some quick behavioral questions, and it was pretty short, only about 15 minutes. After that, I had a technical interview with a bunch of people, like 7 managers and engineers. The last part was an onsite interview, which felt more like a meet-and-greet because they'd already decided to hire me by then.

  • Can you describe a Lean Six Sigma project you worked on?
