The interview process was pretty standard, though the interviewer was a bit unclear when asked about the company's financial health and employee turnover. They mostly asked general questions, so make sure you have real-life examples ready to go, showing how you've handled problems and found solutions. It was straightforward aside from those couple of points.

This was probably the worst interview experience I've ever had. I went through two rounds. The first was a quick phone interview, and the person on the other end sounded really unhappy. When I asked about the company culture, she didn't get what I meant. These felt like warning signs, but I decided to go for an in-person interview anyway. They gave me less than 24 hours notice for the interview time. When I got there, the receptionist said she had me scheduled for an hour later than my actual appointment. It all felt really unorganized and gave me a bad vibe about the company.

So, I heard back about the interview pretty quickly, within about two and a half weeks from when they first reached out to when I got the offer. It started with an email from HR to get some basic info, and then they set up the interview a few days later after I gave them some dates and times that worked for me. The interview itself was about an hour long, and I had the senior project assistant, the department manager, and the recruiter on the phone. They asked pretty standard questions about my background and experience, some competency-based ones, and why I was interested in this field. They were all really nice and made me feel pretty comfortable.
