The hiring team had a phone screen that went for about an hour. They were actually late for the call. It's been two months since the phone screen, and I haven't heard anything from the company. It feels like they're ghosting candidates.

First there was a phone screen, then another call which was a skip level interview, and finally an in-person panel interview. After the panel, the direct supervisor showed me around the department. They were clear about how they make decisions throughout the process. It took about 2.5 weeks from the first phone screen to receiving the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through an initial chat, then three more interviews with the team, and a final round that involved a task. I had to create an executive summary and a PPT presentation in 48 hours. The HR and bid management teams were really open about their work and why this company is a great place to work. The whole process was fast.
