The interview process took weeks. I was interviewed by multiple people for the same role, but ultimately wasn't offered any position. It seemed like some people in the office weren't doing much, but it's unclear what they were actually looking for.

Got a call from HR like 2 days after I applied online to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went pretty well, was pleasant and I got a lot of good info. About a week later, they rang me up again and asked me to come in for an in-person interview with the Manager. The office vibe was really chill and comfortable. The Manager was super nice, direct, easy to talk to, and professional. The interview itself went for about 1.5 hours. At the end, they let me know that they're looking to fill this role on an ongoing basis and will be searching for candidates for about a month.

It was a pretty drawn-out process, with hypothetical questions, a focus on management and professional behavior. They were really analytical, asking for details about all my past professional experience and the reasons I left each job. Be ready for some deep questions.
