Automation Intern
I had a video call with a college recruiter for my first interview. She said I'd be moving on to a second interview after it. The second interview was also a video call, but this time with a supervisor. It took about 1-2 months to get the offer, and I had 3 days to accept it.
- What are 3 things you aim to learn during this internship?
- What sparked your interest in this internship?
- What about your field of study interests you?
Intern
Applied online via the school job board. A recruiter reached out by email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well; they asked about technology and teamwork. The recruiter then emailed again to set up an in-person interview. I was interviewed by several different employees in the department at various times. They asked about my resume and my five-year career goals.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you describe your experience with technology?
- Can you tell me about your experience with teamwork?
Intern
I had an online meeting on Microsoft Teams with three people from the team. They each introduced themselves, asked me some questions, and then they let me talk about myself. They were really nice and didn't put too much pressure on my answers.
- In what ways can your previous work experience be beneficial for this position?
- Could you share your most significant achievement?
- Tell me about a situation where you encountered a problem and how you resolved it.
