It started with a personality and a cognitive test, then a phone screen with the recruiter. Then another cognitive aptitude test over Skype. The first three things happened really fast. After the Skype interview, there was radio silence and then I got an email saying they decided to go with other people. Still haven't filled the positions a month later.

This application process is no joke! First, you have to take a ccat (wonderlic) test at home, and then you're proctored via skype by your recruiter. After that, I had two separate phone interviews where I was asked the same questions by two different managers. The in-person part of the interview process involved meeting with four different people, including the VP of sales operations. These in-person interviews were way more relaxed compared to the phone interviews, which stuck to a list of pre-determined questions. The in-person interviews were with one peer and three managers.

Other

Before I could even get an interview, I had to do this personality test and then a filmed aptitude test, kind of like the SATs. It felt pretty insulting, honestly, and I ended up canceling the interview a few days before. Thinking about it more, I just couldn't see myself working for a company that handles things this way. It also seemed like a potential issue regarding discrimination during hiring.
