The interview process included an online test and a face-to-face (F2F) interview. The online test was quite difficult and took 45 minutes, with 22 minutes dedicated to IQ, Reasoning, and English tests, and the remainder focused on personal skills. The F2F interview had easy questions, and it was conducted by a junior person. They scheduled an interview for Saturday, but no one showed up, which was a complete waste of a day.
