The interview process was really good. Every chat I had felt natural, honest, and gave me a great insight into the role and PowerSchool. I really connected with the Hiring Manager, and that was a big reason why I was so excited to join the team!

It was an extensive interview, with questions about my past work and overall Product experience. I really connected with the managers during the interview; it felt like a conversation. I felt I could reach out to the recruiter with questions about the interview process and also for tips regarding the final round interview.

Technical Other

They started by asking me to do a logical reasoning assignment and then another assignment about suggesting new features for existing products. This took me about 2 days to complete. After that, it was interview round 1, then round 2 at 9 pm, round 3 at 11 pm on the same day, and finally round 4 with the director. There were also multiple HR calls to set up these rounds. In the end, even after a month, I never heard back from them. I called them 5-6 times and they just kept saying 'your profile is still being evaluated'. It's frustrating when you invest so much time and don't get a clear answer, it really shows their work culture!
