I had a phone screening, but the offer was below market for a recruiter. The recruiter I spoke to was really helpful and knew their stuff. They answered everything I asked and were great on the phone.

Behavioral Presentation

I found the job on Career Builder and applied, and a few days later I got a call from Power's talent acquisition team. They asked me some basic things to get a sense of who I am. Then I was invited in for an interview, which was a great chance to show what I could do. The first interview was with the VP and Assistant VP of Talent Acquisition, and they explained the job and the company really well. I was asked back for a second round a couple of weeks later, where I had to do a short presentation about what I'd bring to the company. I did the presentation and then got offered the job.

It was a 2 interview process, the interviews were long but very in depth. They ask a lot about previous experience and what you would be looking for in a career. They really focus on people for the long term!
