The talent acquisition team conducted a very friendly, informal interview, primarily aiming to understand you as a person. They place as much importance on the quality of the individual they hire as on their specific skills.

I was contacted by a recruiter for the company and they explained what the position was for, and I was initially excited about it because it aligned with jobs I was searching for. The interview with someone from the Melville location was different. He spoke about the sales aspect of the company and asked if I had any sales experience, despite my resume having none and despite the position I accepted to be interviewed wasn't for a sales role. Ultimately, I got a rejection email, I believe it was because they were looking for people interested in a job offer that would start them in sales with potentially fabricated promises to move up in the company. And with a quick search on the internet, multiple “MLM” hits turned up. So, be cautious.

Applied online and got a call from talent acquisition to schedule an in person interview. Met with the Regional VP to discuss the project manager role. A few days later, I had a second interview with another VP. Everything went well in both interviews. A few days after the second interview, talent acquisition called with a job offer.
