It was a really intense one-on-one interview, but the questions were very direct. They were upfront about how demanding the job is. The pay was clearly stated, and there weren't any hidden details about how the company operates.

The hiring acquisition specialist was super friendly and asked great questions about my current job search and what kind of position I'm looking for overall. After 50 minutes, he said I would be better in a senior sales role position versus a jr sales or customer service representative due to my desire to work in sales and my previous experience in various roles in sales and customer service. He scheduled me for the next interview in 4 days. He actively listened to what I was looking for and understood I was going through a difficult situation with my dog breaking his leg two weeks ago. It was just a very nice, easy-going conversation, like I was interviewing with someone I knew for a while, like a friend who is just doing his part and getting to know me and my current situation. He also reached out to me the next day to see how the dog was doing after his surgery.
