They ask questions off a piece of paper, it’s more like a test instead of an interview. Was not impressed at all. Went to a second interview where they asked the exact same questions

Behavioral

Started with an initial phone screen where we had a good get-to-know-you conversation. Then it moved on to standard behavioral questions. I was very impressed by the professionalism and follow-up after our conversation. In my search, I've had many higher-level interviews, and Scott, the hiring manager, was one of the few who personally followed up. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fit, but I was very impressed with the experience he's trying to create.

Behavioral Presentation

It's a three-stage interview process. You'll have a phone interview, then meet with the District Manager, and finally the Regional Manager. It's pretty chill if you've got the right stuff. Just make sure you know the company inside out, like their values and mission statement. They're pretty welcoming and not too intense for a big company. They will check your references and do a background check for felonies in the last 7 years. You'll probably have to write a self-evaluation letter for each step up and then go through some round-robin interviews, which can feel a bit intense even if your managers are nice and relaxed.
