Associate
It was a really nice and laid-back interview! The hiring manager asked me some typical questions and was understanding when I needed a moment to think. They also mentioned my application and got back to me the following day.
- Are you familiar with cleaning procedures?
Associate
The interview process was sweet and short with interesting questions. The connection between the employer and I was professional, they got to learn more about me while I got to learn more about the company.
- What do you value most in the workforce?
Associate
I went through 2 interviews, one with the stores general manager and then another with the district manager. The first interview happened about 3-5 days after I applied and the second was about a week after that. The first interview was mostly about me and a little about Potbelly and lasted about 25 minutes. The second interview was super short (5-10 minutes) and was just about me.
- Can you tell me about your short term and long term goals?
- Describe your best customer service experience, whether giving or receiving.
- Do you smoke?
