Customer Service Representative
It was a Skype interview, the process was fairly easy and they sent me an email with a job offer as soon as the skype call ended. A series of emails were sent shortly after accepting the job offer, basic things ie w4, background check consent, job agreements etc etc nothing out of the ordinary. I only had to go through one interview & nowadays the process is much more different.
- Why Postmates?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was super fast, taking about a week from application to start date. It included a brief phone interview and a new hire webinar, after which I got my logins and started taking calls immediately. There wasn't much formal training, just some slides, and then I was thrown into the call queue. While it might seem straightforward, they could have covered more specifics to better prepare us for complex situations.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Can you share an experience where you had to quickly resolve a problem and what steps you took?
Customer Service Associate
It was a group interview with about 6-7 people. You had to fill out a questionnaire about yourself and what you know about the company. Then you pair up with someone in the group and role play as a customer service representative and customer. Lastly, you have a one on one with either a regular csp, lead or manager. If they like you then you will get an offer letter about a week later after your interview. Then you have another week to decide whether or not you want to job.
