I applied online and got a phone interview the next week. It was 30 minutes and asked about accounting and finance. The second round was in person. They asked behavioral questions about the role, then gave me a case study and a financial document to analyze. The whole process was pretty fast and not too hard. The recruiters were really helpful and nice. You need to know finance, accounting, and how to use Excel.
