Behavioral Technical

I had a project position and was interviewed by two top hiring managers. The interview included typical questions about my character and professional performance. A big part of it was about finding mistakes and warning signs in a company's P&L. I got the job the next day and started soon after.

Technical Behavioral

Got in touch with P&N at a Tulane career fair, applied for the Claims Analyst position, and was invited to interview. Found out it was a screening interview where they were looking for advanced Excel skills and experience with financial statements. Kind of a waste because I had to borrow a friend's car to drive to Baton Rouge during final exams, only to have the interviewer fill out a checklist that I could have done online and tell me that I'm not what they're looking for.

Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process had 2 rounds. The first round was a screening and checked my Excel and Accounting skills. The second round had two parts: a standard behavioral interview and an assessment skills test with a short case. The interview was pretty long, around 3 hours, so make sure to block out enough time. They did offer refreshments, which was nice. Overall, it was a great and smooth process. Management seems to really care about potential hires and wants to find someone who will fit well into the company. The whole thing from applying to getting the offer took less than a week, they move really fast. It seems like P&N isn't a company for people who aren't motivated.
