Financial Consultant
The hiring process kicks off with an introductory webinar where they present the company and the hiring steps. After that, you have two days to complete three online tests covering English, abstract reasoning, and verbal reasoning. Next up is a group interview with a simulation activity. Depending on how that goes, there might be a final one-on-one interview.
- Tell us a bit about yourself, followed by a group exercise simulating a business case where roles of client and consultant are exchanged.
Mobile Consultant
We talked about past experiences, your willingness to travel, expectations, and some technical questions. Nothing too difficult. We also discussed your professional background and current salary. They asked about your openness to travel to different provincial offices to assist clients at various post offices.

A week after applying, I had to take an online logic test. The logic behind it wasn't very clear, it involved finding similarities between geometric shapes and similar things. But I passed it. Right after, they organized the motorcycle test at a location of my choice. It was a 125 cc scooter loaded with about 25 kilos of mail and various weights to simulate the actual work vehicle. The examiner in my case was calm and patiently explained the course and how to put the scooter on and take it off the stand. The test was straightforward, and you just needed to know how to ride a scooter to complete the proposed circuit.
- What if you knew how to ride the scooter?

First, there's a practical test on the 125 scooter, the same one used for daily deliveries. This part checks how well you handle the vehicle, your safe driving skills, and your independence with it, even in tough city traffic. If you pass this, you move on to the next step: a verbal chat with the manager. In this chat, they'll ask about your motivation, availability, past experience, and how much you know about being a letter carrier.
- Are you good at finding your way around the area?
- How would you organize yourself to make deliveries?
