The entire process lasted roughly two months. I started by applying online, and then I got a phone interview. The phone interview was quite basic, with questions covering situational judgment and topics from my degree. About two to three weeks after that, I received an invitation to an Assessment Centre. At the Assessment Centre, there were group activities and individual tasks, including a personal interview and a presentation.

The interview process started with a CV review, followed by a video interview, then a telephone interview, and finally an assessment centre. I was really annoyed by the last question asked, as it had no relevance to the role. It was a riddle asking about the number of birthday cards sent annually if each requires a stamp. Despite asking for clarification which wasn't given, I provided an answer that was clearly incorrect. It's frustrating because I felt the rest of the interview went well, and it makes me question the value of this grad scheme if they reject candidates based on such a question.
