Dealing with Post Office staff is fine, but Morsons, their recruiter, are so disorganized that it puts you off working with them entirely. Not only that, they consistently sent me the wrong job description, and when I joined it was for the wrong job title.

The interview process was nice and friendly, focusing on STAR-related behavioral questions. It consisted of 3 steps: an initial call with the internal recruiter, followed by interviews with the director and a senior product manager, and concluding with the head of product, who had recently joined. The entire process was completed within 4 weeks.

I didn't get an offer, which made sense because the role seemed too junior for me, given my more senior experience. The feedback I got confirmed this.
