I went through the interview process for the APM position on the growth team. It took two weeks to set up the initial recruiter call. Then, the recruiter rescheduled the call just 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen. After a lot of back and forth, the call finally happened about five weeks after the recruiter first reached out. The call went well, and I was told I'd move on to the next round, which would be a bit technical. I waited for the recruiter to schedule it, reaching out a few times with no response. I also tried contacting the team manager, but didn't hear back. It was very unprofessional, and the team didn't seem to value my time or effort.

I had a really good time interviewing with Poshmark! The process was pretty standard. First, I had a call with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went onsite for a presentation and met with other PMs and stakeholders. The presentation was straightforward and based on what I'd actually be doing in the role. The conversations weren't super classic PM questions (though there were a few) but more about getting to know me and my background. I had a couple of follow-up chats after my onsite, which was a bit confusing since I thought that was it, but about two weeks later, they gave me an offer. I got to talk to some C-level execs while deciding, which gave me a better feel for the company. They even invited me to their party and made me feel like part of the family already! My recruiter was also super responsive and friendly. Even though I took another role due to my current priorities, the team there is great, and I'd totally recommend them if you're interested in a cool company in this industry.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a screener, then a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, there was an onsite panel interview with about five people. Finally, I had separate calls with the CEO and the CMO. The interviewers were ready for me, seemed friendly, had clearly looked at my resume, and asked some solid questions. They also gave me a good amount of time to ask my own questions, which felt like a positive sign. I liked that the panel had a diverse group of people from different departments, so they could answer a range of questions.
