The process started with a recruiter screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had to complete a 2-3 hour minimum activity to present to the team of about 7 people. This was followed by 3 one-on-one team interviews and a final interview with the VP. The recruiter was professional and kept me updated, even giving me sample questions. The hiring manager, though, could use some training. One of their first questions during peak COVID was about my unemployment gap, which felt insensitive given the job market then. The team seemed bubbly but inexperienced, like Poshmark prefers younger hires they can mold. I felt the hiring manager was threatened by expertise outside their own and focused on specific KPIs instead of team contributions. The marketing presentation took a lot of my personal time, and they wanted me to sign an agreement giving them rights to my ideas even if I didn't get an offer. It felt like free consulting, especially for a junior role, and they should at least offer a stipend. Because of the hiring manager's insensitivity and lack of experience, plus the unpaid work, it was a negative experience.

Got a message on LinkedIn from a Poshmark recruiter. First, I had a phone screen with them which went fine. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter followed up and asked for a video interview with other team members. My interview got delayed by 2 weeks because the team had overlapping PTO, but that was okay. On the day of the interview, just 4 hours before we were supposed to meet, I got an automated email saying the position was filled. Super unprofessional, especially an auto-email instead of the recruiter. Honestly, it shows a lot about the company, so I'm actually glad it didn't work out.

The whole interview process has 4 rounds: a phone screener, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with the team, and finally an interview with C-suite leadership. I personally only got to the Hiring Manager Interview stage, but they did let me know what the subsequent stages would have entailed.
