Customer Care Specialist
The hiring manager was really nice, but we got straight to business. Instead of asking me to introduce myself, she jumped right into the interview. She asked about my past work experience and what I do day-to-day in my current internship. She talked pretty fast, which was a little stressful, but she was polite when answering my questions and gave me more details about the job's responsibilities.
- Describe how you would manage a challenging customer interaction.
- What's your perspective on using email for customer communication?
Customer Service Representative
I had a phone interview first, then I was invited for an onsite. I met with 2 managers and the CEO. Then a week later, the same recruiter from HR called me for a phone interview, forgetting I had already been in the office. When I reminded her, there was silence, and she said she would call me back in a few minutes. I never heard back.
- Did you try the service?
- What would you improve about the overall process?
Customer Support Representative
The virtual interview process was fine overall. I spoke with 5 different interviewers on Zoom. Everyone was great until I met the coordinator, who was really rude and kept responding to my answers with snarky remarks or subtle insults. Looking back, I'm glad I didn't get the job, but I'll still use their platform as a customer.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
