Got a call from HR a couple weeks after applying. They were really insistent on my previous salary, and even though I tried to defer that discussion and asked about the salary range for this role, they didn't seem interested. After they got my CTC, I was sent an assignment. I submitted it on time but haven't heard back since. No emails, no feedback, nothing. It's frustrating to be given assignments and then not get any updates on whether we've moved forward.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I first saw the job posting on Glassdoor and then applied on the company's website. After applying, I got an email for a phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. They started with general questions and then moved to customer service questions. I really suggest studying the questions on Glassdoor beforehand, it was a big help! About 3-4 days after the phone interview, I got an email for an in-person interview at their headquarters, which is super impressive with lots of open space and happy people. I waited about 10 minutes before meeting the first of three interviewers. Each interview went well, and again, preparing for the Glassdoor questions was key. They all asked similar questions with slight variations, so be ready for that. After the third person, I had to write an email response to a difficult shopper and solve a brain teaser, probably to check creativity. The whole process was great! I haven't gotten feedback yet, so don't get too comfortable during the interview; I heard someone didn't get the job because they relaxed too much. I stayed focused and prepared, and I think they noticed. It seems like an amazing place to work.

The first part was a written test with questions about handling customer complaints and inquiries via email, plus some grammar questions and an essay. Then I spoke with a manager about my career goals and why I picked this role. After that, I had a really nice chat with a senior associate who asked behavioral questions and about my other interests. The last two rounds were with the director and then the senior recruiter. It was pretty relaxed, but I realized I need to be clearer on some life aspects. The team is friendly and tries to make you comfortable, but don't get too casual and avoid rambling.
