Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Porsche Consulting.
Consultant

- First interview only with HR: typical HR questions to check job fit
- Technical interview: questions about your CV + technical questions and at the end a case study
- Personal fit interview: questions that check your suitability for the consultant role/job. Also technical questions and a brainteaser
Consultant
The interview process started with a chat with an HR recruiter, which was a really nice, casual getting-to-know-you kind of thing. Then, there was a technical discussion that involved a case study. The final round was a wrap-up chat with both an HR recruiter and some senior partners.

- Tell me about your motivation.
Consultant
It was a really nice and chill interview with two Consultants at the same time. It started with a Personal fit part where they asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle conflicts. Then, there was an easy Case part, which was pretty fun.

- How do you respond in conflict situations?
