It was a panel interview, like, with a few people and managers. They asked stuff about growing and making sales better, and also about my experience.

Started with a quick chat with a recruiter, then set up an in-person interview. I met with three sales leaders, each with their own interview style. One leader spent more time talking about themselves than asking about me, which was interesting but a bit strange. After that, I shadowed a current employee, which was a good experience. However, there was no follow-up or information on what happens next. During the shadowing, one of the sales leaders who interviewed me told me I could leave if I didn't want to stand there all day, which was a bit awkward. I really enjoyed shadowing the employee, so I was hopeful about the job. I had to follow up a lot to move forward with an offer; I wish they had been clearer about their timeline and next steps. The whole process felt a bit disorganized. I ended up declining the offer because the base salary was much lower than another offer I received. I'd still suggest interviewing, but make sure to be persistent and ask direct questions!

The interview experience was great! They gave me a tour of the office to see the company culture, and then we started the interview. I talked to three different people. A recruiter first asked some standard interview questions. Then, I met with a revenue manager who asked about my sales background and my career goals. Lastly, I had a conversation with the VP of Sales, Rod Browning, who was intense but very informative. The whole process felt reassuring, as they wanted to ensure I was a good fit for both the job and the company.
