The Sr. International Recruiter at PSI reached out to me a day after getting my resume and set up a one-hour Skype call for the next day. She was super knowledgeable and on top of things, and then she lined up more interviews. She kept me in the loop on everything, which was really clear, professional, and super helpful. Even though I didn't get the job, she stuck with me until the final two and was kind enough to call me personally to let me know their decision. It was a really good experience overall.
- Can you describe your background in programming?
- What is your experience with global health initiatives that PSI is involved in?

So the first interview was a phone call and they asked me the questions I was anticipating. Then the second interview was in person and it was way more technical. I felt good about the first one, but not the second. Definitely do your research for the technical parts.
- Regarding the writing sample you submitted, which was a manuscript based on an evaluation you performed, would you have approached its design differently?
- Considering the manuscript you sent, which was based on an evaluation you conducted, would you have designed it differently?
Technical Advisor
They sent over a work product to be completed and submitted by the end of the weekend, just to be rejected from moving forward in the process. Pretty off-putting.
- Can you describe your organizational style and how you manage multiple projects at once?
