I applied online and was contacted for a last-minute interview that I made time for. This 30-minute call involved me being told that most of my questions would be better answered by other people in the company. I was then invited for an in-person interview the following week, with the date and place confirmed, but the time was still TBC. A few days before, I got a short email saying it needed to be rescheduled. Since I had moved other interviews to make this one, I didn't think it was very professional. Then I was totally ghosted after trying multiple times to find out the rescheduled time, and I eventually stopped trying. I won't be applying again because the interview was supposed to be with senior people, and this experience left a bad impression.

Behavioral Other

So I had this interview that was really badly run. Scheduling was a mess, the times didn't match up. When I got on the call, I wasn't even sure if it was still happening because of the scheduling confusion, and the interviewer was kinda attitude-y about it. The whole thing felt really unprofessional and casual, like there were awkward silences. They also asked the same questions twice, like 'Tell me about yourself' and then 'Tell me about your professional background,' and also 'what do you know about PopMenu?' twice. It's been almost 3 weeks and no word back. They couldn't give a salary range but guessed around £40k for a London CSM role. Just avoid.

So after the first round with the recruiter, the interview is in a case study format. It was a bit more work than I expected, but it really helps you understand what the job is all about.
