I interviewed for this company back in 2016. Although I already have a Bachelor's Degree from Temple University, the owner forced me to take a general intelligence test. I'm just finding out all these years later that general aptitude testing is in clear violation of Title VII. Do not let them fool you. If they are still utilizing these practices, please contact an attorney.

I was contacted by the HR person, and after a quick phone chat, I was invited for an in-person interview. They had me take a math test that everyone there has done, and also a free online personality test. I'm not sure what they made of those. Then I interviewed with several different people who asked me questions from a list. The next step was a shadow day. At the end of it, I had to give a presentation on a random subject, like tacos.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really thorough, starting with an initial call, then an in-person interview, and finally a chat with the President of the company. It was great they took the time to find the right person instead of just hiring anyone. I also really appreciated that the president and founder made time to speak with me. Overall, it was a great experience.
