Customer Service Representative
The interview experience was really good. The people were friendly and professional, which helped me feel less nervous. It started with a casual chat, then moved to a virtual interview using AI where I had to record my answers. It was my first time doing an AI interview, but I think it went well.
- Tell me about a situation where you worked well in a team.
Customer Service Representative
It was a 3 stage process. It's been weeks and I haven't heard back. It's really frustrating. I've asked a few times and still nothing. I feel like I might have missed out on a real opportunity while I was waiting. I would have really liked to have had the chance. At least I wish I could get some feedback.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer?
- Walk me through your experience with [specific customer service scenario].
- What do you consider your strongest skills for customer service?
Customer Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty straightforward, and I got to have open conversations with both the recruiters and the hiring manager. I also had the chance to chat with some of my potential future colleagues, which was great for understanding the opportunity here. They were really clear about what to expect throughout the whole process.
- Based on your past accomplishments, how would you contribute to this organization?
