The hiring process was a breeze and super quick. Right after I sent in my application, the recruiter got in touch and set up an interview pretty fast. Once I was hired, the onboarding was also straightforward.

it was a bit challenging, but I got through the first two stages. They inquired about my frontend and backend experience. Since I received an offer as a full stack developer, I still have to complete the third round, which is some kind of technical assessment, and there will be a fourth round after that.

I applied for an HR Systems Administrator position with Pomeroy. The first round was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. I met with two recruiters who didn't know much about the job and couldn't answer basic questions, like the timeline for their new HR system. Later, I was contacted about a Reporting Specialist role, which I clarified wasn't what I applied for. The next interview was with the HR Director, who was knowledgeable. She said the decision was between me and another candidate and I'd hear back in two weeks. After two weeks with no call, I followed up and was told the position was retitled Associate Project Coordinator and asked if I was still interested. I said yes. The next day, a different recruiter called about the same position for a phone interview, asking the same questions I'd already answered. Then, I had another in-person interview with an HR Generalist. Two days later, a fourth recruiter contacted me about a HR Recruiter position. We scheduled a phone interview for Thursday evening at 6:30pm. I was told to wait in my car and she would call to let me in. I arrived at 6:15pm and waited. At 7:00pm, I called her and reached voicemail. I emailed another recruiter to confirm the interview date, but never got a reply. I was stood up.

I had an in-person interview with 2 interviewers, who were both Help Desk supervisors. It was a Q&A session where they assessed my knowledge of technical ability and customer service skills. They asked about everything from handling a password reset to taking care of remotely rebooting a server. These two supervisors ended up being my first level management team.
