I submitted an application online and then heard back from a recruiter. She seemed interested in speaking with me and asked for times that worked for a meeting. She didn't respond to my emails after I sent a few. Eventually, she got back in touch, apologizing for the emails she missed. We had a good phone call, and she said she'd let me know about the next steps. But then, nothing – I was completely ghosted. The whole process felt very unorganized and chaotic.

I got to the last step for this job. The first couple of interviews were okay, but the person in my final round was super rude. It felt like he just didn't like me, and he asked a bunch of tricky questions. Also, they didn't tell me if I got the job until two weeks after they said they would. It just didn't feel like a respectful process. The questions themselves weren't hard, but the way my interviewers acted made me not want to work for this company anymore.

After applying online, I heard back in a few days. The whole thing had three rounds, and one of them was a phone screen. The second round, I talked to two managers and they were super nice. Then in the third round, I met with three account executives. They mostly asked standard questions like 'walk me through your resume' and 'what experience do you have with outreach and cold calling,' but a couple of them touched on my interest in the role or department. They didn't give me much time to ask my own questions though, which I think is a big deal.
