Technical Coding

The interview process felt pretty unstructured and unclear. They took a while to get back to me, and I didn't get feedback when I should have. The interviewers seemed unprepared, and the questions didn't really match what the job description said. Honestly, it all seemed kind of disorganized and not very professional.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty fast. There were two technical rounds, each lasting about 30 minutes, and they were of average difficulty. They focused on the technologies relevant to the job opening. However, it seems they are trying to hire at a lower cost. If your salary expectations are too high for them, they might put your offer on hold and continue interviewing other candidates to find a replacement. This happened to me, but they couldn't find anyone else. Eventually, they offered me the job, but the package was lower than I expected, so I declined it.
