Sales Associate
It was pretty straightforward. A few questions about you, your background, and your commitment to the job. They're not really looking for super experienced people, just folks who can speak at least two languages and are able to work long hours, six days a week.
- Are you open to working six days a week on rotation without taking any time off for a period of six months if you get the job?
Sales Associate
In policybazaar, there are 2 rounds of interviews. The 1st is an HR screening where they ask you questions about yourself, your educational background, etc., just to check your confidence. The 2nd round has questions regarding your job role in sales, like 'sell me this pen', 'qualities of a salesperson', etc.
- Can you tell us something about yourself?
- Could you try to sell me this pen?
- What makes a good salesperson?
Sales Associate
The interview process was good and consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was an aptitude test covering quant, logical reasoning, and verbal skills. The second round was an HR interview, lasting about 15 minutes, where basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, and reasons for applying to Policy Bazaar were asked. The third round was a technical interview.
- Can you sell me this pen?
- Tell me about Policy Bazaar.
- Could you introduce yourself?
