Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It had three interview rounds. First, I talked to a PM. Then, I had an interview with an SPM. Finally, the product head interviewed me. The only snag was the long wait for the outcome after the last interview.

Behavioral Technical

I connected with this company through a LinkedIn post about the opening. I had to follow up for two weeks to get an interview scheduled. When I arrived at the venue, I had to wait for two hours. During this time, the HR kept telling me to wait for 10-15 minutes, and I ended up waiting for half an hour in a room. The whole process was completely mismanaged. My interview lasted about 15-20 minutes, during which the interviewer was mostly busy with calls and texts. We only discussed two questions. After the interview, HR asked me to wait for another 1.5 hours before I was told to leave. It was a really disgraceful experience with HR.

4 rounds of interviews, which included a phone screen and one-on-one meetings. First, a phone screen with the reporting manager to go over the job details and your background. Then, a 1:1 with the CTO (who is also the reporting manager) to talk about work culture, your skills, and the role. After that, a meeting with the Business Head to discuss the company's current business status and key metrics. Finally, an interview with the CEO to assess culture fit and your motivations.
