It was a long process with a lot of steps, but it made sure that this would or would not be a good fit. I met with many teams because the position would be working cross-functionally. The first interview was an online recording, then I met with the functional manager, then I met with various teams, and finally, I met with the manager again.

Technical Behavioral

We did a technical review at a high level, then the PD reviewed. Both were super smooth and professional. The HR recruiter managed a really smooth transition call leading to the offer letter with minimal negotiation. The managerial review focused on how I handle project work, deliveries, quality processes, testing, and delivery. I was excited to talk about my future role, and the review matched that.
