First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Polaris FT.
Business Analyst
There was 1 technical round where we talked about general project and work experience, plus some technical scenario questions. Then there were 2 managerial rounds. Finally, an HR interview. - Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are some places you have traveled to?

Got a call from Polaris HR. They liked that I worked in a bank and mentioned Basel II implementation opportunities in Europe. They asked my salary expectations, and that concluded the first round. The next round was directly with the partner, who asked me some questions about Basel II.
- Can you define expected loss?
- Could you explain the difference between expected loss and unexpected loss?
Systems Analyst
I had a 30-minute phone call, and that was the entire interview process.
- Could you share some information about your background?
- What projects have you been involved in?
