Case Behavioral
First, there were two interviews covering basic market sizing and some behavioral questions. Then, the second round also had two interviews: one behavioral and a challenging full case interview about market entry, which included a fair amount of math. I received feedback after the final round. Everyone I met was great, and both rounds were conducted by consultants.

For the entry-level consultant role, there are 3 rounds: first, a behavioral screener with talent leads; second, mini-cases and behavioral questions with managers/directors; and finally, a super day with 2 cases and 1 behavioral question from directors/principals/partners.

So, first you do a screening round. Then they set you up with a consultant for a coffee chat. Round 1 is two ten-minute behaviorals, followed by a case. The case was a traditional generalist case plus marketing sizing.
