Manager
My recruiter call experience was so bad I felt ghosted! It's a shame the company hires TA people who aren't equipped to answer questions and were arrogant, rude, impatient, and didn't know much about the company. They made me not want to use their services. Glad I didn't end up working with them.

Manager
The interview process was dehumanizing and disgusting. You aren't allowed to speak with HR until you've already invested hours into the application. The nightmare begins after submitting your application when you get an email requesting you answer a questionnaire. This questionnaire is not easy, it's more like a college essay with multiple questions asking you to be as detailed as possible. After finishing the questionnaire, you'd expect to speak with HR or the hiring manager, but that's not what happens. Next is a one-way video interview where you have to record yourself answering more questions. I quit as soon as they told me I had to record the video interview. I'm not a piece of meat! My only question for them is if everyone at Point32Health is desperate for a job, because if this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what working there would be like.

Manager
I met with a bunch of people from different departments I would be working with. Most of the interviews were online, but some were in person with the team in Canton. The whole thing took a couple of months.
