They were nice but communication was lacking. It took over 2 months to interview. Once it was time for the final round, after a full month of waiting, they notified me that they closed the position altogether and will start again later.

I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt, but this company's hiring process was disappointing. I wanted to share because I think they need to pay more attention to how recruiters represent them. This was one of my top-choice companies, and I was excited for the interview. I showed up on time, but the recruiter didn't. I waited 15 minutes and had to send a reminder. She joined after that and apologized, which I appreciated, but having to follow up felt like my time wasn't respected. After the interview, I didn't hear back. I followed up again and got an email congratulating me. Not long after, I got another message asking me to disregard the previous one because the team was still 'thinking.' This careless back-and-forth made me feel like my application wasn't taken seriously. I put real time and energy into preparing for this opportunity. I came in excited, prepared, and respectful of the process. The way things were handled made me feel undervalued and dismissed. It left a bad impression of the company. I hope leadership reflects on how important it is to have a professional, organized, and respectful hiring process because it affects how people see your brand.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The process starts with a 30-minute phone call with HR, followed by three 75-90 minute interviews with consultants or managers. The first round assesses fit, involving a review of a past deliverable, a live case question, and standard behavioral questions. The second round evaluates "agility" and includes a deeper background review, a pre-submitted written case, another live case, and behavioral questions. Cases are conceptual, not data-heavy, and emphasize project management. They prefer candidates with direct industry experience or strong IT project experience, so a clear value proposition is key for others. On the plus side, HR communication was excellent, with responses typically within 3-4 business days, and interviewers were friendly and accommodating. On the downside, it's a very long and demanding process.
