I applied online and then got a call a few days later for a phone interview. The phone interview was mainly to confirm if I was still interested and ask some general questions. After that, I was offered a 1-on-1 interview. They sent an email with details about who I'd meet and the location. In the 1-on-1, we discussed my past work, any concerns about my resume, the work atmosphere, pay, and my abilities. They said I'd hear back within a week, but I got an email a few days later saying I wasn't chosen. The interview felt very laid-back, and I liked the environment I saw, so I was really bummed I didn't get the job.

You send in your resume online. Then they'll reach out to you to do some at-home testing for your typing speed. If you pass that, they'll get in touch for an in-person interview. If you get picked, they'll enroll you in a training program. They have training available pretty much all year. Don't be shocked if they offer you a sales job instead of customer service, especially in the summer when things get hectic.

The hiring process was really good. The recruiters were well-trained, and the people I met were friendly and seemed to like the company. The interview format and questions were consistent throughout. My first day was also good. The HR staff was very friendly and appeared to genuinely care about me.
