I was surprised by how pleasant the interview experience was at PMK BNC, despite negative reviews I'd seen. The recruiter was really open about the job, gave good examples of how I could grow in the role, and was super respectful, like I was a guest. After the first set of interviews, he even walked me out and talked more about how it went and answered my remaining questions.

I met with the top executives in the department, which included the person I would directly report to. Everyone I met with was impressive and talking to them about the company and the work made me excited about the possibility of working there. I did notice that many of the top execs were women, which I thought was a plus, but later learned that it effects the culture at the company in a negative way because they promote cliques and catty behavior. I was called back for a second interview then offered the job.
