The interview process was super friendly, I had an awesome experience with everyone who interviewed me. It's pretty much your standard interview questions, but everyone is warm and it doesn't feel as awkward as a normal interview would.

So, after I sent in my resume and application, first I had to do this CCAT test, then I had a chat with the Graphic Design Manager. After that, I got sent a skills assessment assignment to complete. The final step was an interview with both a Senior Graphic Designer and the Graphic Design Manager.

First, I had an initial chat with the recruiter about my resume and the job. Then, the recruiting team had me take the CCAT (a 50-question timed cognitive test) and a personality test. I actually took the CCAT a second time because I was really close to passing. While that was happening, my portfolio was shared with the team I'd be joining. After passing the CCAT, I had an interview with my potential supervisor, which was a brief 30-45 minute overview of the role. Next, I was given a design test where I had to take a written presentation and make it into a visually appealing PowerPoint that followed the brand guidelines. It's a bit odd, but this design test wasn't brought up again later in the process, and I submitted it without it ever being formally reviewed in an interview. Finally, I had a last interview with both my potential supervisor and a senior designer. The designer went through my portfolio with me during the interview and asked detailed questions about my work. Everyone was really friendly and nice throughout the whole thing, but I do think some parts of the process could be skipped or made simpler.
