A pretty straightforward 4 step interview process. The whole thing took about a month from when I applied. First, there was a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a product demonstration, and finally an on-site meeting with the team. Even though I didn't get the offer, I have to give props to the recruiter, Rob, and Pluralsight's policy of providing a follow-up feedback session with notes from the hiring manager. This feedback included constructive suggestions for my application, which I've never experienced before. It was incredibly helpful. The hiring manager was also genuinely friendly, engaged, and interactive during the interviews and the product demonstration.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved three stages: first, a discussion with the Hiring Manager, followed by a Peer Consultant Discussion. The final stage was a presentation where I had to demonstrate a product demo, explain its value and business benefits, specifically addressing why a customer should purchase it and articulating its benefits.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First interviewed for the Account Executive position. Had the screening interview with Lindsay, who was awesome and totally explained the entire process and all their great benefits. Took the aptitude test (buy prep quizzes, you'll be glad you did) and then the personality test. After passing those, I had two interview rounds and was rejected for lack of experience. The interviewer was really cool and liked me, and I could tell he wanted to give me a shot but couldn't. They then recommended another role that I'd be a good fit for. Three more interviews later (including a mock product demo) and I got an offer, which I accepted. The whole thing took about two months, but it was worth it. Makes sense, given it was two different teams and July 4th caused delays.
