Business Development Representative
The whole thing was super smooth. My recruiter was awesome – super helpful, always on time, and really nice. Definitely deserves a raise! First, there was an intro to Pluralsight so we could get the details sorted and see if it was a good fit. Then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I had a test where I had to draft a quality email. Then I reconnected with the managers for a role-play. Finally, I got the yes/no response.

Business Development Representative
The process was in-depth and seemed to be as interested in who you are personally as your professional abilities. It had four stages: first, a call with the recruiter; second, a meeting with the Team Leader/Manager; third, a discussion with the Org Director; and fourth, meeting with your potential teammates. This process provided a really good insight into the team, the organization, and how the business develops its people. Meeting your potential team also gives you a great opportunity to ask all your questions and get to know them! (I'd really recommend Pluralsight as a place to work for anyone looking right now!)
- Which of our company values resonate with you the most, and can you explain why?
Business Development Representative
Made it to the final stage, but then got a rejection saying they needed someone with 6 months more experience. It's frustrating to go through the whole onsite interview process if that was the issue all along. It felt like a huge waste of time. I would advise others not to apply to Pluralsight as they might disappoint you. When I asked for clarification, they never responded, which shows how they treat candidates.
- Describe a situation where you had difficulty meeting your sales target and what you learned from that experience.
