It was a pretty straightforward process. The people I talked to were really nice and happy to answer any questions I had. Things can move a bit slowly, but that's just because you end up speaking with a bunch of different people at various levels within the job track you're applying for.

I interviewed with 4 people: the Hiring Manager, a Director, a VP, and a current project manager. Each interview was about .5 to 1 hour long. They seemed very personable and really care about their end customer. The whole recruitment process took 6 weeks from my last interview until I heard back with a follow-up about an offer. Then it took another 3 weeks to get the actual offer letter.

First up was this one-way interview thing via email, where you just record yourself. Not my fave. Then I had 3 zoom calls back-to-back, each with two hiring managers. They all seemed really keen on me joining, even if it wasn't for the exact role I applied for, they said their teams could use me. I thought I nailed it, was super experienced and all that, but then they just ghosted me, which was pretty disrespectful.
