Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was the usual: first a screening call with a recruiter, then an interview with a regular engineer, and finally a round with the hiring manager. They got back to me pretty quickly and the questions were pretty straightforward. Mostly about my past experience and some stuff about designing for manufacturing.
- Could you describe your design process for a part that needs to be manufactured, given a specific scenario?
- Given a scenario where you need to design a part for manufacturing, explain your design process and justify your selection of the manufacturing method.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was quick. I had a call with a recruiter, then a 1-hour call with hiring managers (split into two 30-min segments). A few days later, they scheduled a 2-hour session where I talked with four team members. Within a few more days, I got an offer.
- Tell me about yourself and your experience.
- Can you walk me through some of your previous projects?
Mechanical Designer
First, I had a quick call with a recruiter. Then, about a week later, I joined a Zoom meeting with the recruiter and three engineers I would be working with.
- Can you tell me about your experience with team projects?
