I had four separate 30-minute interviews, each with a different employee. I found myself repeating information a lot because the questions were very similar across interviews. Everyone was nice. I prepared a presentation for my fourth interview, which was kind of fun, but then I got ghosted. I followed up twice, and they said I'd hear back in a week, but nothing ever happened.

Ghosted!!! It was a long and drawn-out process that ended with ghosting after a verbal offer and a call with HR, likely due to my salary expectations. The UK team was incredibly lovely, so I didn't mind having repeated interviews with them and a case study. However, after the verbal offer, the European HR team set up a call with me, asked my salary expectations, and then almost laughed (even though it's my current salary, which felt like an abrasive reaction). They said it was more than double what they were willing to pay and that she would get back to me. She didn't. That was 6 weeks ago. I saw the job advert go back online. Super unprofessional closing, would advise people to stay away due to HR professionalism or to push to stay close to the UK team when an offer comes in. They need to be more transparent with salary ranges before you put rounds of prep in, if possible.

I got this interview via a personal recommendation. There were a few rounds of interviews: first with some Program Managers and then a final one with a company executive. Overall, it was a pretty easy, standard interview process. Everyone I spoke with was laid back but still professional.
