Screening CV, then a first interview with an international HR person in English. They asked about my academic background and motivations based on my CV and my ambitions. They also asked about my expected salary range for the position. I didn't proceed because the position wasn't aligned with my goals.

Honestly, the worst process I‘ve ever been through. First, after a month, I hear back from HR for a first interview. Then again, after nearly a month of wait I get to talk with the department and after that, I got invited to do a extensive case study to present in person which went well. Then, I was supposed to wait another 2 weeks for feedback which I never received. After asking multiple Times they just told me to wait longer and no one felt responsible. This is just completely rude, unprofessional behavior and a waste of time for candidates. The organization should figure out a proper hiring process if they actually plan to hire someone and not in addidtion to that keep on reposting the jobs on linkedin if they are not capable of managing applicants in a proper way.

Behavioral Presentation

My initial experience at Plug & Play was nice. I was first interviewed by the Manager, who seemed pleasant, considerate, and open-minded. I was asked questions about my past experience, current roles and responsibilities, and my thoughts on bringing structural changes to a division that is still in its early stages and needs to grow. I answered them well to my satisfaction. I was then invited for a second round, which involved doing some tasks. One was making a list of companies for outbound reach, and the other was a strategy presentation to acquire new customers. I submitted it within the deadline and didn't hear back for almost a week. A week later, I received an email saying my assignments were received and under consideration, as there were many candidates. A few days later, I received an email for an interview to present those assignments to the Manager and two other colleagues. I asked some questions in the email about the expectations for the presentation and the timeframe I should keep in mind, but again received no answer. Two days before the scheduled interview, I followed up on my asked questions and received no response. Later that day, I received the standard email from HR saying they could not go further with my candidature because my profile is no longer a fit. I found the entire process after my first screening interview highly unprofessional and it left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I read a couple of reviews about this company and noticed that the working culture is not professional at all, but I still thought it might not be the case for all divisions. But I guess it was.
